Zeph Clemmont is a changeling with enemies in all the worst places, fighting to undo a curse that threatens to end his life. Survival means he will have to swallow his pride and trust Josie with all his darkest secrets.

With the help of a gun-slinging shaman and the enigmatic Prince of Night mares, Zeph and Josie are only a heartbeat away from defeating one of the most diabolical faerie villains their world has ever known.

Book Review:
Pre-reading Thoughts:

This book reminds me so much of Melissa Marr's Wicked Lovely series. I didn't like the beginning of the series but I loved the ending. I cannot wait to see how this book unfolds!

Writing Thoughts:

I really enjoyed the writing. It was fun and easy to get into. It felt like a coversation. The dialogue was entertaining and accessible.

Plot Thoughts:

I loved the plot of this book. The beginning was perfect and the storyline just kept getting better. I felt like I was addicted to the story. I couldn’t put it down for the longest time and when I did I missed the story. All I can say is that the plot was epic.
Character Thoughts:

Josie is so relatable. She isn’t perfect and the world seems to be falling around her. I really enjoyed reading about her. She was a fun and light character to get to know.
